responsibility of all parties within implementation of Municipal
Investment Programs (MIP), promotion regional collaboration and
cooperation between small and medium enterprises.

Conditions on which we organize investment resources within MIP
|
|
If your investment project is included in a MIP of any settlement located
in one of regions of Ukraine that participate in the project
"Support for small and medium business in Ukraine" the Fund
"UKRAINE-HABITAT" will look for investors for your project.

Requirements
the borrower should meet

The Fund finances commercial investment and innovation projects of
Ukrainian private and municipal enterprises if at most 10% of the
enterprise authorized capital stock belongs to state directly or by
implication. The Fund grants investments only to registered business
subjects who meet the Fund requirements in area of accounting and
financial statements. Such enterprises should have minimum 2 years market
experience and be effective and financially efficient.
